Mercu Tokio Marine
Mercu TM is a 30 storey grade A office located on embassy row, in the inner city enclave of Ampang, less than 2 kilometres from the city centre. Like many rapidly gentrifying neighbourhoods, the local character is an eclectic mix of high rises and low lying standalone structures.
A living facade
The form of the is articulated, comprising of modules folded to face in 2 directions, addressing the duality of being part of the city while acknowledging the tree lined residential neighbourhood which lie beyond the commercial high-rises line Jalan Ampang, comprising mostly of bungalows sitting on acre plots.
