Ayer Estate
Ayer Estate is a 32 acre residential masterplan, located 10km from the city centre of Melaka. Bisected by the Ayer Keroh wetlands, the project consists of landed villas, low rise cluster and mid-rise apartment blocks.
A Regenerative Masterplan
While not a designated protected nature reserve, the Masterplan proposes to leave the wetlands and waterways untouched, instead containing and limiting all intervention and development activity on the fringes, within existing disturbed plots. A key mandate of the masterplan, established at the onset, is for the rehabilitation of both the wetlands as well as the fauna that forms part of the local ecosystem.
