Grenepark Village
Grenepark Village is an integrated, mixed use vertical township in the heart of Semenyih. Comprising 8 apartment blocks and anchored by a sprawling retail village, the project will be home to more than 8,000 residents when completed.
Starting with the Park
A third of the land has been set aside for a community park from the onset, providing a 4 acres of parklands accessible to the public. Running the width of the site, the park has been curated with an active, urban precinct fronting Jalan Semenyih, gradually transitioning to a heavily treed, made made forest towards its eastern edge.
