Kerinchi Village

Kerinchi Village consists of 900 serviced apartments, co-living and co-working suites developed within a modular framework. This modularity, the first of its kind in Malaysia, will allow for unprecedented potential for long-term adaptability, repurposing and reconfigurability.

Won via an invited competition, the project is currently in its schematic design phase.
